Monicah has been an integral part of Exclusive Balloon Decor & Events since July 2024. As our Client Experience Manager, she is often the first point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring every inquiry is answered promptly, professionally, and with genuine care.
From responding to inquiries and following up with clients to helping keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly, Monicah plays a vital role in creating the seamless experience our clients have come to expect. Her attention to detail, organization, and commitment to exceptional customer service help keep our business flowing behind the scenes.
Beyond the business, Monicah is a devoted wife and proud mother of three. Her warm personality, kind spirit, and dedication to serving others make her an invaluable part of the Exclusive team. Hi, I'm Chantel, the owner and creative director behind Exclusive Balloon Decor & Events.
What started as a desire to create a special celebration for my daughter's birthday has grown into a thriving event design business serving clients throughout Maryland, Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia. For over 11 years, I've had the privilege of helping individuals, families, schools, nonprofits, and businesses bring their visions to life through custom balloon décor, event styling, and memorable event experiences.
At Exclusive Balloon Decor & Events, we believe every celebration deserves thoughtful design and attention to detail.
